The big day!!!

Well, despite the feeling in the pit of my stomach that was telling me to pick Zach up and run home with him, (I didnt do that by the way.) we had a great first day of school. He loved school, and said the only bad thing was that his class has to play on the old playground this nine weeks and it is "very horrible". Think he exagerates much? He also said that he thinks it is really cool that he doesnt sit right by the teacher at lunch because he ate his peanut butter cup first. See what they do with a little freedom?? Total rebellion! We have a great little class, and he really likes his teacher...Mrs. Lilley. Is that not a Kindergarten teacher name, or what?!?! She seems really sweet. Jacob Dumas is in his class which is great, and he has already met a new friend named Campbell that he will go to aftercare with Monday-Wednesday.

I'm also including a pic of Mallory on her first day of her new preschool. She, is not so happy, but she always has been a bit more high maintenance. Hopefully the hiding shoes, and the crying will stop soon. She told me the 3rd day that she just wanted to go to the country club pool and not crayon college!!!!! ugh!!!! is all i can say!
